Hi Dave, thanks for the reply. I no longer have access to that email. I thought the whole premise of HUP was that you forwarded to your home email and its connected to your personal email rather than the work email? I used the link 2 years ago to install on a new laptop and it worked. I need to do this again but this time the link takes me to my microsoft account and the order is not in my history.

Wouldn’t this be linked to my Microsoft account if I used it 2 years ago? I’m worried that Microsoft severed this link because they want users to go to Microsoft If not, then the best option may be to phone Microsoft Support in your local area and ask them to reactivate your paid for licence. Note that if you are saying that you have left the company, you probably do not have a right to use the HUP license.
